Japan Disaster...

Is without a question that natural disasters are such powerful acts of God that with all the inventions that mankind has created with the acquired knowledge, skill and well advanced technologies we still cannot cease these from causing ruinous endings. Thousands of people have tragically lost their lives in the wake of the tsunami in Japan and our hearts and prayers our with the people of Japan during these difficult times.

The sad songs that have filled many hearts, the grieving and sorrows the people of Japan and many others from around the world have to endure as a result of this disastrous act is disheartening and unquenchable with no amount of words. Listening in on the news this morning over 2000s lives have been lost and still counting ~ many would ask the question why...?

As we join the rest of the world to grieve and mourn with victimised families and of those who have lost their lives in this catastrophic event in Japan it is important to acknowledge and be thankful to God also for our lives. For those that believe, it says in all things, good or bad lets give thanks to the Lord.

Putting all into perspectives and in line with what I believe in, the bible tells us that toward the end times acts of this nature shall happen -  'the hearing of wars and rumours of wars', 'nation against nation', 'kingdom against kingdom', 'earthquakes in various parts of the world', 'famine' etc... These things must happen and mark the beginning of birth-pains. However, the actual appointed time, hour, day or period is unknown to mankind not even to the angels...so what do we do? the answer is to be vigilant and pray without ceasing...

The aftermath

Its a tragedy what's happen to Japan, and putting faith, beliefs, religion, colour and so forth to one side - we all must be of one accord and remember Japan as well as all the other troubled nations, mourn and grieve and pray with them so that confidence, hope, faith, happiness and all that that have been lost to them one way or the other shall be restored so that those countries, the people, the individuals may find sudden peace within and can pick themselves up again rebuild and journey on through this life that we live~

Thus, in time...surely in the wane of the moon a cloudy morning bodes a fair afternoon.
